What groups and types of people do taiko appeal to?
The great thing about taiko is that it appeals to anyone.
Our concerts are always filled with people from all age
groups, as well as people from many different countries.
One reason is because taiko is a visual art as well as music.
It is a mixture of dance, martial arts and percussion and other instruments.

Our group, in particular, appeals to a greater audience
because we are creating a new style of taiko never before seen, in
which the form is based upon the Chinese Martial Arts rather than
Japanese Karate.
Our group also appeals to a greater audience because the members of
our group are from different countries, and therefore, different
cultures...all who have come together to intensely seek the highest
level of artistry in the wadaiko.
